News update for Buy to Let landlord's

Over the New Year period there have been some changes to electrical safety testing legislation; the Periodic Inspection Report (PIR) has been replaced by the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR).

You will need to produce an Electrical Installation Condition Report on each letting and change of letting for each property as now let. Make sure you get advice to consider obtaining an EICR. You can contact our conveyancing team at any of our offices for more information.
