Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors became a limited liability partnership (LLP) on 1 June 2010. The name of the firm is “Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors LLP”, although we shall continue to trade as “Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors”.
The former partners in Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors are “members” of the new LLP and have limited liability.
This change of structure does not affect the nature of the service we provide. The practical effect of the change is simply that, from the time of conversion, the client relationship will be with the new limited liability partnership. The new LLP is now responsible to clients for all new and current work, rather than the former firm or any of its partners.
