Dick has been a Consultant to Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors since 2005. He has nearly 30 years experience as a solicitor and has managed his law firm in Malton since 2004.
Dick specialises in advising and helping businesses. He has particular experience of corporate finance transactions, supply chain management and planning for owner-managers.
His previous experience includes being senior legal advisor to Rowntree plc at York HQ (now Nestle), and group legal controller to Guinness plc at its London W1 group HQ.
He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply and a long-term member of their legal committee and associated special knowledge groups. He writes and lectures regularly on both legal and purchasing issues.
Dick works closely with the other members of the Corporate and Commercial Law team, Andrew Faulkes and Duncan Morter.
