Tracey formerly qualified as a Legal Cashier before spending 9 years as a conveyancing legal advisor.
Tracey is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm including:-
- Role in recruitment and training.
- Managing and assisting staff and their welfare.
- Monitoring of the Firm’s procedures to ensure compliance with Legal Services Commission contracts.
- Implementation of procedures relevant for compliance with the Law Society’s Practice Management Standard (LEXCEL) and Investors in People and monitoring to ensure compliance with those procedures.
- Contributing to development and maintenance of Office Manual.
- Ensuring all premises meet the standards of regulatory agencies, including Health and Safety and Fire Regulations.
- Attending Meetings of the Partnership and recording Minutes.
Tracey is based at our York office from which she manages our Selby and Malton offices.
