Richard’s legal practice areas include trusts, contentious probates and civil litigation, environmental law and charities. He acts for several nature conservation trusts, including the Carstairs Countryside Trust, known especially for its work in the Lower Derwent Valley.
Richard holds many prominent positions within the region and is well renowned.
