Abigail is based at our York office and her practice area is in commercial property. Abigail has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial property transactions, particularly in leaseholds and is Head of our Property Department in York.
She specialises in helping commercial landlords or tenants with the management of their property portfolios and in the negotiation, creation or transfer of commercial leases on behalf of business owners or commercial landlords.
Other areas of commercial property transaction Abigail undertakes on a daily basis include the acquisition and disposal of commercial freeholds and leaseholds for sole traders, companies, pension funds and retail chains.
Abigail qualified as a solicitor in October 1995.
