Jessica is based at our York office and is Head of the Commercial Departments. Her practice area is in corporate & commercial law.
Jessica has been qualified for 10 years and has a wide range of expertise in company and commercial law. Her experience includes:
Partnership advice and agreements
LLP advice and agreements
Company advice – setting up companies, drafting shareholders agreements, board minutes.
Incorporation of charities as limited companies.
Commercial contracts – contracts for sale of goods and services, terms and conditions, franchise agreements
Sale and Purchase of businesses and of companies, whether assets or shares
Acquisitions, Management Buy Out’s (MBO’s)
Jessica qualified as a solicitor in 2001 after completing her training at Shulmans in Leeds and following qualification moved to Ford and Warren in Leeds where she worked for a number of years before she moved to York.
Jessica is a member of York Racecourse and supporter of York RUFC.
