- Annual Returns and Annual Updates
If you go to the Charity Commission website, it is quite amazing how many charities fail to make their Returns or Updates within the 10 month obligatory period. A failure to make the proper return not only reflects very badly on a charity but also, it can lead to the Charity Commission taking action. Certainly, it flags up a charity is not being run as well as it should be.
We can assist in the compiling of such returns and relieve you of that responsibility. - Agendas
If you are finding that your trustee meetings are not as effective as you may like, it may be the situation that by reformatting an agenda, such meetings are more effective. The 2006 Act redefines what is Charitable Benefit. It sometimes means charities have to revisit what they are doing. We can help you with this. - Accounting
Accounts can sometimes flaw a charity, particularly if record keeping has not been as good as possibly it may have been. We can assist you with putting your accounts together, and if the matter is overtly complicated, we can direct you to specialist accountants who can assist.
