Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors, one of the largest law firms in North Yorkshire, has been awarded accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management. This places them in the top 5% of businesses to be awarded at this level from all of the professional practices that complete Investors in People.

Crombie Wilkinson, which has over 100 staff, including 12 directors, across nine specialist departments, was founded in 1860 and is among York and North Yorkshire’s largest and longest-established law firms with offices in York, Selby and Malton. 

Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.  Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
