After our huge success walking away as winners of the Regional Law Firm of the Year North East & Yorkshire Award and highly commended conveyancer award in the Best Individual Conveyancer Award for Adele Holliday, in the prestigious annual, national Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards held in Birmingham in September, we are continuing the celebration of our win and sharing our success by offering a discount on new conveyancing instructions (sales and purchases only) with us between 1 November 2019 and midnight on 22 December 2019.

Our pre-Christmas discount offer is available for people to claim on sale and/or purchase conveyancing instructions (freehold and leasehold) with us at any of our offices from 1 November 2019 until midnight on 22 December 2019. The offer entitles you to a discount of up to £100 - £50 on a sale and £50 on a purchase off our legal costs.

We are very proud of our Best Regional Law Firm of the Year Conveyancer Award win and wanted to share how happy we are to have our excellent conveyancing client service recognised in this way, and what better way than giving a discount to people looking to buy or sell residential property in Yorkshire and the North East”. said Jessica Duffy, Head of Residential Conveyancing at Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors.

To claim the discount, contact a member of our Residential Conveyancing team, who will be happy to discuss how it works and confirm if you are eligible*. This offer does not guarantee completion by the end of December 2019.
