FSB York Branch Meeting - 21 October 2015

Doing business in York - your chance to help shape the future

The Federation of Small Businesses and York St John University are delighted to bring together five of the top players and give you the opportunity to hear how they fit into the bigger picture, and give your feedback as to how they should plan for the future of business in York.

Represented on the panel will be:

  • City of York Council Cllr Keith Aspden
  • Make it York Jane Lady Gibson
  • York Bid Steve Hughes
  • York Local Plan Matthew Gibson
  • The Local Enterprise Partnership Simon King

Hardly a week goes by without as been told that these are challenging times with budgets under pressure, but at the same time we also hear how millions of pounds are being spent on the things that matter to business. Do you know where it all comes from and more importantly how it is being spent? Would you like the opportunity to ask questions of those spending the money and perhaps tell them how it should be spent!

Following a short presentation from each organisation the panel will take questions and feedback from the audience.

The event is being held in the De Grey building York St John University commencing with light refreshments at 5:30 PM and a great opportunity to network with fellow York businesses.

Please Book on Eventbrite http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/07110-211015-doing-business-in-york-tickets-18509794293

The event will be followed by the AGM at 7.30pm for York FSB members to attend.
