The Purple Pound is worth 80BN a year is your business getting its share?

12th March is National Disabled Access day, is your business prepared for it? There are around 11 million people in the UK with long term illness, impairment or disability, they spend collectively in access of 80bn per annum (the so called purple pound) with businesses just like yours. Are you making the most of the opportunities that better access to your business can bring? This is not just about shops virtually every business will have potential customers who are disabled.

During this interactive session we will be giving some practical advice and tips on how you can improve access to your business for people with a wide range of disabilities and show how improving access not only helps you attract more disabled customers but can also benefit other potential customers and improve your bottom line.

We are delighted to be holding this event at York St John University in conjunction with the business school. In addition to the presentation there will be an excellent opportunity to network with other small businesses.
