Director, Head of Residential Property team

Adele qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in September 2012, however has worked in property law since beginning her career in law with a firm in Darlington in 1999.

Darlington and Teesside were where Adele built the bulk of her experience, working with two well established firms in the North East. She then spent some time as a director of a newly founded conveyancing firm in 2016, before moving to Yorkshire in 2017 to be closer to family. Adele joined our Malton office in July 2017 and has since successfully built close working relationships with many local professionals and businesses, and assists a large client base with all aspects of residential property law. She particularly enjoys dealing with leasehold and shared ownership matters, and works with both individuals and housing associations across the county.

During her time with Crombie Wilkinson, Adele has been promoted and now leads the residential property team as Head of Department and is a Director of the firm. She is also the Head of our Pickering office.

Alongside her qualification as a property lawyer, Adele holds the position of Commissioner for Oaths.

Adele is supervised by Duncan Morter, Managing Director.
