Paige Phillips

Legal Advisor and Associate

Paige has a wealth of experience in property law, having gained over 10 years’ experience dealing with a broad array of matters.

Having initially joined the firm in September 2018 gaining experience in residential conveyancing, Paige quickly made a name for herself at Crombie Wilkinson as the go-to person for dealing with tricky title issues, and particularly for matters involving unregistered land.

Paige now applies her specialised knowledge and expertise to dealing with developments (including site set-up), sales and purchases, business and residential tenancies, mortgages and security, title issues, and easements.

Paige holds a Cilex Level 3 Certificate in Law and Practice (Conveyancing) and is well on her way to completing the Cilex Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice, which will see her qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive. Once she has completed this qualification, Paige intends to qualify as a solicitor.

Paige is supervised by Amy Clarkson - Head of Agricultural Law team.
