  • Posted

We are very pleased to announce that in the third year of our transparent, merit-based and all-inclusive Career Progression Programme and following the latest round of applications, we have promoted 12 staff with effect from 1 May 2022.

These promotions show the clear and strategic focus by the firm on career progression for individuals and succession planning for the firm.

Congratulations go to:

Mark Coultas who has been promoted to Associate Director and Ellie Robinson to Director.

Amy Clarkson and Juliette Kilkenny who have both been promoted to Senior Associate.

Claire Eastwood, Natalie Freer, Elspeth Livett, Claire Matthews, Amy Mills, Faye Moore, Elizabeth Simpson, and Beth Worthy who have all been promoted to Associate.

A big well done to all of you from the Directors and your colleagues for your hard work and contribution to the firm.

By staying focused on being the best law firm we can be for our clients and our staff, whilst delivering on two of our key values of being client centred and continuous improvement, the Directors had no hesitation in awarding these new promotions.

The Crombie Wilkinson career structure is a clear path from Associate to Senior Associate to Director that is fair and attainable by those who want to develop their careers.

Receiving one of these promotions gives staff a real opportunity to not only develop their career but also be involved and have a say in the running of the firm for its future growth.
