How to enter our letter search for a chance to win the £200 Pickering gift voucher -

• Find the 14 letters in the places named in the map we will display in out Pickering office window and on the reverse of the entry form
• Work out what two words they make
• Complete the entry form available from the Crombie Wilkinson Ellis Lakin (CWEL) Pickering office reception from Monday 29 April and from the Memorial Hall on the day of PreRocks and either hand in your completed form to our CWEL Pickering office Reception, post through our letter box or email a copy/photo of your completed form to pickering@crombiewilkinson.co.uk  
• Hand back your completed entry form to CWEL between 9am on Monday 29 April and 9am on Tuesday 7 May 2024 for your chance to win!

A valid entry will be one that includes your full name, contact details - either a telephone number or email address and confirmation you are aged 18 years or older. The two words made up of the letters you see in the place names in the map of Pickering in the window of CWEL Pickering office and shown on the reverse of the entry form.

Below are the Terms and Conditions for the Crombie Wilkinson Ellis Lakin Solicitors Letter Search for Pre Rocks 2024.

• The Letter Search entrants must be aged 18 or over.
• Entry to the Letter Search is by completing our entry form any time from 9am on Monday 29 April 2024 until 9am on Tuesday 7 May 2024. Entries can be submitted by handing over the completed entry form to the Reception at the CWEL Pickering office, posting it through the letterbox at 8 Hallgarth, Pickering or emailing/sending a photo of the entry form to pickering@crombiewilkinson.co.uk.
• A valid entry will be one that includes your full name, contact details - either a telephone number or email address. The two words made up of the letters you see in the place names in the map of Pickering in the window of CWEL Pickering office.
• There will be a maximum of 300 entry forms available from 29 April to 7 May 2024. Once all 300 entry forms have been completed, we will close the Letter Search to any more entries.
• Advertising of the opportunity to take part will happen before and on the day of the Pre Rocks 2024 event, with details of where you can get an entry form from.
• The Letter Search entries will close at 9am on Tuesday 7 May 2024 and the winner will be drawn and informed during week commencing 6 May 2024, no later than 5pm on Friday 10 May 2024.
• One entry per person will be entered in the Letter Search entries.
• The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries returned by participants who enter in the valid way.
• The Letter Search to form a Word winner prize is a £200 Pickering gift voucher, the value of the voucher is not transferable.
• No cash value is redeemable for the voucher.
• Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors staff are not eligible to enter this Letter Search.
• Personal details provided on entering this Letter Search will only be used in conjunction with informing the winner. They will not be used in any other way or transferred/sold to any third party.
• The winner of the Letter Search voucher agrees to being involved in any photographs  and marketing about taking part.
