Delivering on our Service Pledge by Sue Hirst

We had a recent property sale and purchase carried out by Sue Hirst at the Selby branch and we would like to compliment how Sue dealt with both our sale and purchase.  It’s not the first time we have used Sue’s services, she dealt with our last property purchase back in 2018.  This time around, we decided to purchase a new build out of the area and were offered a cheaper conveyancing package by the builder which would have been quite a saving.  However, because of Sue’s expertise we did not hesitate to use her services once again and we are thrilled that we did. I dare say it all could have gone terribly wrong if we went elsewhere.

The sale went through swimmingly but the purchase no so much. It was a long drawn out process with the new build being delayed and on the final day, we were faced with a few trials and tribulations were we literally did not complete until 5 minutes until the deadline and 15 minutes until our Removals Company van tracker was about to run out and return all our house belongings back to Leeds.  Bear in mind we had moved some 80 miles away.

Sue was calm throughout and managed to pull it all off with such professionalism.  Sue’s manner throughout the whole process was approachable, kind, friendly, welcoming knowledgeable and utterly professional.  We could not have been in safer hands.  If I had any queries, Sue was always at the end of a phone call and pointed me in the right direction. We cannot speak highly enough of Sue and just wanted to say what a wonderful member of your team she is, she must be a huge asset.  Please pass on our appreciation to Sue.  She did an outstanding job.

If we are ever in the position again to move, we certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.  Advice to anyone purchasing or selling and needs a Solicitor, you won’t get any better than Sue Hirst at the Selby branch YO8 and you don’t have to be in the same area. 5 star!
