We have agreed a  six-figure deal to implement the Proclaim case management solution from Yorkshire-based Eclipse Legal Systems.

We selected Eclipse's Proclaim practice management system following an extensive review of the legal software marketplace. The system will help the firm to meet its requirements in the changing legal landscape and increase case throughput.

We are implementing Proclaim for all staff, with case management solutions in the conveyancing, matrimonial, employment, personal injury, debt recovery and probate teams.

In addition, we will utilise a matter management solution for non-prescriptive work areas such as commercial law and dispute resolution. The firm will migrate to Proclaim Accounts as well as using Eclipse's new credit control centre module.
