Senior Associate Solicitor & Head of Agricultural Law team
Amy is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property team and Head of the Agricultural Law team. She is based at our Malton office.
Amy qualified as a Solicitor in September 2016 after undertaking a training contract at a York based law firm and joined our firm in October 2018.
Amy deals with all areas of commercial property but specialises in rural and agricultural property, advising on commercial sales & purchases and advising on secured lending.
Being from an agricultural background herself, Amy has first-hand experience of the farming industry, which gives her a real understanding and knowledge of her farming client’s issues and concerns.
Amy deals with all aspects of rural property, including purchases and sales of farms and large rural properties, secured lending and financing arrangements, overage agreements, deeds of easements, adverse possession, estate development and agricultural tenancy work.
Amy is supervised by Duncan Morter - Managing Director.
