Aaron Johnson

Solicitor

Aaron is a Solicitor in our Private Client team. He works with clients in the Ryedale region and is based across both our Malton and Pickering offices.

He specialises in the preparation of Wills, Inheritance Tax and succession planning, the drafting and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates and making applications to the Court of Protection. Having worked in Private Client for 10 years, Aaron has built up a wealth of experience advising individuals and families.

Aaron graduated from Newcastle University, before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York. After working in established private client departments in York, representing both local and national clients, Aaron joined Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors in January 2024.

He has obtained a Diploma in the Administration of Trusts and Estates from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. This granted Aaron full membership to STEP in February 2023. STEP is a global professional body, comprising of lawyers, accountants, trustees, and other practitioners that help families plan for their future. Outside work Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, cooking and attending music events.

Aaron is supervised by Sharon Richardson, Director and Head of the Private Client team.
