Associate Solicitor

Emma is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team. She qualified as a Solicitor in February 2023.

The areas of law Emma works in include:

  • Wills
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Estate Planning – i.e. lifetime planning through the use of trusts and Wills
  • Probate
  • Estate and Trust administration
  • Court of Protection applications i.e. applications for deputyships

She is a member of Lifetime Lawyers (previously known as Solicitors for the Elderly). They’re some of the most qualified specialists in the country in helping you make decisions and plans for the future.

She graduated from the University of Hull in American Studies and History Degree in 2016 and achieved a Distinction for the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in 2017.  She then completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law and achieved a Distinction.

Emma is supervised by Sharon Richardson - Director and Head of the Private Client team.
