Emma Morris

Associate Solicitor

Emma Morris is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team, based at our Malton office looking after clients in Ryedale. Her practice areas are Probate, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Emma qualified as a solicitor in October 1997 after undertaking a history degree in Hull and CPE and a commendation in Legal Practice at the College of Law in York.

She has previously worked for our firm for 21 years within our Dispute Resolution Team before returning to us in November 2021.

She is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and now helps clients prepare Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney’s or works with them to help administer estates. She enjoys spending time listening to clients to help them work out what they really need and then work with them to achieve it.

Emma is supervised by Sharon Richardson - Director and Head of Private Client Team.
