Emma Silkstone

Associate Solicitor

Emma Silkstone is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client team. She works from both our Pickering and Malton offices, providing legal services to people who live and work in and around Ryedale.

Her practice areas are Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates and any other Probate queries.

Emma graduated from Northumbria University in Newcastle with her Law degree in 2017. She started work as a legal assistant straight afterwards and started her training in 2018. She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2020.

Emma likes to ensure that clients feel at ease when talking to her and makes sure that they are always able to understand and feel comfortable with the advice she is giving.

She is an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly known as Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE)). Find out more here.
