Associate Solicitor

Elizabeth is an Associate Solicitor in our Commercial Property team. She joined Crombie Wilkinson in November 2020 and is based at our York office.

Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in September 2019. Prior to joining Crombie Wilkinson, she spent three years training with and working for a global commercial law firm in Leeds.

Elizabeth has experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property work, including sales and purchases of retail units, industrial units and offices, along with acting for both Landlords and Tenants in relation to estate management, commercial leases and short-term occupational licences. Elizabeth also deals with lease surrenders, licences for alterations and change of use, and consent for lease assignments.

Elizabeth is supervised by Ian Barnard – Director and Head of Company Commercial and Commercial Property.
