Gemma is a Senior Associate and Licensed Conveyancer with Crombie Wilkinson who practises agricultural land law and conveyancing.

Gemma started in residential conveyancing in 2005 before joining Crombie Wilkinson in 2023 and moving to the Commercial Department in early 2026 to focus on agricultural matters.

With over 20 years' experience in property law, Gemma deals predominantly with agricultural land sale and purchases, land transfers as a result of estate planning advice and agricultural re-finance with a keen interest in unregistered land.

Gemma is supervised by Ian Barnard, Director and Head of Company/Corporate and Commercial Property Team.
