Risk and Compliance Manager, Senior Associate

Louise formerly practised as a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department, having trained with the firm and qualified in 2010. She was made Senior Associate before taking a short career break and has re-joined Crombie Wilkinson in 2022 as our Risk & Compliance Manager.

Louise is responsible for the promotion and development of a proactive culture of effective risk management and for ensuring compliance with the professional standards and many regulatory requirements which the firm is subject to. She also works to ensure our continued accreditation with a variety of nationally recognised standards and awards.

We believe a firm wide commitment to compliance is integral to delivering on our pledge to provide the highest levels of service to each and every client here at Crombie Wilkinson.

Louise is based at our York office and is supervised by Duncan Morter - Managing Director.
