Legal Adviser

Richard is a legal adviser specialising in Company and Commercial matters and has experience in dealing with the legal demands and requirements of sole traders, partnerships, limited liability partnerships and limited companies.

With close to a decade of experience in the legal profession, Richard has worked for global, national and regional businesses as well as individual business owners to meet a wide range of both simple and complex legal needs.

Prior to joining Crombie Wilkinson, Richard focused on working towards the commercial interests of healthcare professionals. Richard continues to use his experience to advise on all company and commercial matters and focuses on acquisitions, mergers, disposals and re-structures across the healthcare sector. He has particular experience in advising on the sale and purchase of dental practices across England and Wales.

Richard holds a first class LLB (Hons) degree and in addition to completing his Qualifying Work Experience prior to joining Crombie and Wilkinson, he has passed the Solicitors Qualifying Exam 1 (having been placed in the top grading for Business Law) and has sat the Solicitors Qualifying Exam 2.

Richard is supervised by Ian Barnard, Director and Head of Company Commercial & Commercial Property team.
