Trainee Solicitor
Laura joined us as a Legal Assistant in December 2021 and was promoted to Paralegal in May 2023. She has started her training contract with Crombie Wilkinson in November 2023 and hopes to qualify into Family Law.
She has been working at our Selby office in our family law team and is now working in our Private Client team at our York office..
Laura is supervised by Sharon Richardson - Director and Head of Private Client team.

Laura’s work has predominantly been in divorce and finances, but also private children work. She is responsible for conducting the Legal Aid assessments for the family team and can help advise clients on their eligibility for public funding.. She is committed to building a relationship of trust with clients and keeping them updated and ensuring they constantly understand what is happening and the next steps in their proceedings.
Laura completed her Law degree (LLB) at The University of York with a 2:1 in 2019 and Her Legal Practice Course with Masters (LPC-LLM) with distinction at The University of Law in 2021.
Laura is supervised by Mark Robinson - Director and joint Head of Family Law team.
