Juliette Kilkenny

Juliette is a Legal Executive based at our York office and specialises in Family and Matrimonial work as well as Domestic Violence.  In particular, Juliette assists clients with Cohabitation Agreements and Pre Nuptial Agreements, Separation and Divorce, and matters arising out of the same, including financial settlements and arrangements for the care of the children.

Over the years Juliette has developed positive working relationships with various Domestic Abuse agencies, predominantly in York, in order to provide vulnerable victims with advice and assistance in seeking protective court orders, including where necessary, on an emergency basis.

Juliette is able to offer client’s flexible billing options to suit their individual needs which can be discussed in person at the initial appointment. In addition Juliette deals with clients who are eligible for Legal Aid which again can be assessed when initially meeting with the client.

Juliette graduated from Hull University in 2003. Juliette has worked in our Family Law Department since September 2005. Juliette qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011 and is also a member of Resolution.

Juliette is supervised by Chris Myles - Director and Head of Family Law Team.
