Crombie Wilkinson Solicitors is delighted to continue its support of City of York Athletics Club as a sponsor for the 2026/27 season, helping the club nurture and develop the next generation of sporting talent.

Our sponsorship reflects a commitment to supporting local organisations that make a real difference to the communities we serve, particularly those in which our colleagues and their families are actively involved.

This year's partnership comes at an exciting time for the club, which has enjoyed remarkable success in the Youth Development League (YDL), the national club competition for junior athletes. City of York Athletics Club has won all four of its qualifying matches, overcoming teams from Sheffield, Hull, Lincoln, Harrogate and Chesterfield to secure places in both the Upper and Lower Age Group Finals.

The national finals will take place in Liverpool on 5 September, where some of Yorkshire's most promising young athletes will compete against the best clubs in the country.

The club has a strong track record of developing talented athletes, including several national champions and an Under 18 athlete who is representing Great Britain this season. These achievements demonstrate the dedication of the athletes, coaches, volunteers and families who make the club such a valuable part of the local community.
