Exciting Career Promotions at CW from 1 April 2026
We are delighted to announce the latest promotions within our Career Progression Programme, recognising colleagues whose dedication, professionalism and commitment to our values continue to strengthen the firm, as part of our seventh year of the programme.
Since its inception in 2019, this transparent and merit-based initiative has led to 49 promotions, ranging from Associate, Senior Associate, and Director roles.
Effective from 1 April 2026, the following staff members will step into these new additional roles:
