Our Directors have put together the Leadership and Development programme to work with staff to provide career progression opportunities, and to ensure that there is adequate provision made for partnership succession in the future.
The objectives of this programme are to provide training to candidates on those aspects of running a business which are important for our future partners to acquire.
Solicitors at Crombie Wilkinson with at least 2 years’ PQE were invited to apply and 11 successful candidates have started their journey through the programme today.
Modules are delivered by our highly experienced trainers at various times throughout the year staring with Andrew Otterburn from Otterburn Legal Consulting.
