Free Wills Month brings together a group of well-respected charities to offer members of the public aged 55 and over the opportunity to have their simple Wills written or updated free of charge** by using solicitors in selected locations across the UK.

*If your Will requires advice of a complex nature, your chosen solicitor is at liberty to charge you accordingly. However, any possible additional charges relating to the complexity of your Will shall be advised to you before proceeding. Additionally, there will be a disbursement charge for an AML check which will be payable to your chosen solicitor.
