We are taking part in Saint Catherine's Make A Will Week
Make a Will Week 29 September to 5 October 2025 is an opportunity to write or update your Will while supporting Saint Catherine’s.
How does Make a Will Week work?
Along with other solicitors, we have agreed to give our time and expertise for free to support the Saint Catherine’s Make a Will Week. Our solicitors listed below will happily speak with you to take your instructions for a simple Will during this specific week and draft a professional Will in accordance with those instructions. We will also arrange with you for your Will to be signed.
In return, you can make a donation to Saint Catherine’s. Their suggested minimum is £200* per single Will and £350* per matching pair. This is payable at the time you sign your Will with the solicitor and we will forward the donation to Saint Catherine’s.
*If your Will requires advice of a complex nature, or because of any failure on your own part to complete the Will by the end of December 2025, which results in additional administration work, your chosen solicitor is at liberty to charge you accordingly. However, any possible additional charges relating to the complexity of your Will shall be advised to you before proceeding. Additionally, there will be a disbursement charge for an AML check which will be payable to your chosen solicitor.
