After our recent full Lexcel re-assessment in March 2021, we are extremely proud to confirm we have been recommended for re-accreditation with Lexcel, the Law Society quality standard. Lexcel is a measure of performance on both practice management and client care.
Given the wider circumstances of the past year, we were told this marks a ‘tremendous achievement’. We now enter our 19th year of Lexcel accreditation.
Duncan Morter, Managing Director said “The feedback from our assessor was a pleasure to hear. We maintain ‘high levels of compliance’, we receive ‘super’ client feedback, and ‘clients value the way services are delivered and the quality of work delivered to them’ showing our delivery of our value #ClientCentred as well as the commitments in our #ServicePledge. We are ‘over and above the benchmark set’ and ‘seek to excel and make improvements year on year’ demonstrating our #ContinuousImprovement value.
This has been a real team effort from everyone – well done everybody on delivering on our #Citizenship value too!
This is a great demonstration of all the CW values, and we are all be very proud of this achievement, especially in the current situation. Passing Lexcel with flying colours relies on us having well thought out and embedded systems and procedures in place.”
Getting this very positive report from our assessor is a great achievement and a real demonstration of how hard the team at Crombie Wilkinson works, especially impressive given the working arrangements over the past year.
